More info

Pleasant bubbles and with an exquisitely Sicilian character, Milazzo Classico is the sparkling wine Metodo Classico brut of the Sicilian farm obtained from a careful selection of Inzolia and Chardonnay grapes. The marriage between the native Sicilian vine and the French vine is sealed by a balanced, structured and persistent sip of quality sparkling wine.

Aperitifs, appetizers, light soups and fish dishes are enhanced with the company of a glass of Milazzo Classico: its notes of liquorice and wild fennel, floral hints and candied citrus fruits make the pairings tasty and intoxicating.

Defining the qualities of this sparkling wine from Azienda Agricola G. Milazzo is undoubtedly the choice of the terroir in which the vineyards grow: the Munti area where the colonial selections of Inzolia have been planted and the Milici area where the Chardonnay grapes mature their acidity. The grapes preserve the freshness and elegance that we find in the sip of Milazzo Classico and that intrigue with harmony and finesse.
