The sparkling wine Bandarossa Special Reserve Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG is lively and exuberant. As with every Bortolomiol sparkling wine, this label denotes flavours, aromas and perlage that prove invaluable for toasting, but also for enhancing the qualities of the dishes it accompanies. In fact, Bandarossa Special Reserve sparkling wine is excellent with aperitifs and fish-based appetisers. Merit also goes to its origins, the terroir of the Valdobbiadene (TV) area, and to the Glera grapes that ripen under the best benefits.

Bandarossa Special Reserve is a Bortolomiol Prosecco Superiore DOCG, an Extra Dry Millesimato made from a selection of the best grapes used for Bandarossa Prosecco Superiore DOCG, the most classic of the Bortolomiol range.

For this Special Reserve, the selected grapes undergo a longer sparkling process than Charmat, so contact with the yeasts exceeds three months. The wine then rests in the cellar at a controlled temperature for a further four months.

As the name suggests, Bandarossa Special Reserve is a limited edition. A slightly sweetish sparkling wine, harmonious and velvety, to be enjoyed on the best occasions, even at aperitif time.

It has a straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights and a fruity aromatic profile, defined by notes of citrus and exotic fruit. The choice of selected yeasts makes it a unique sparkling wine: the most refined aspects of the grapes used, its elegance and refined character clearly emerge.

Bandarossa Special Reserve fully respects the tradition of Prosecco Superiore di Valdobbiadene; it is a label that the best palates will appreciate.

Serve at a temperature of 6-8 °C.
