Bandarossa Bortolomiol is a Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry Millesimato. Obtained using the Charmat method, it is the result of the care and attention that the company reserves, as is now standard practice, for the entire production process, but above all for the grapes. For Bandarossa, those of the Glera variety are used.

This sparkling wine is one of Bortolomiol's historic labels and the most representative of the philosophy and way of doing things of this Valdobbiadene reality. Suffice it to say that the origin of the name is not accidental, but rather linked to a custom of Giuliano Bortolomiol that sanctioned the quality of his productions: the patron of the company marked the bottles of the best selections with a red band to share them with the people closest to him.

Bandarossa Bortolomiol remains a convivial bubble for special moments. It is excellent as an aperitif or, at the table, paired with savoury dishes with a delicate touch of fruit.

With its fine and persistent perlage, Prosecco Superiore Bandarossa is straw yellow and has a fruity and aromatic bouquet that immediately reveals ripe fruit; floury yellow apple, pear and citrus fruits stand out. Intriguing and fascinating, the Bortolomiol Bandarossa conquers different palates.

A serving temperature of 6-8 °C is recommended.
