Allemanda 2021

Planeta's Allemanda is a particularly pleasant white Moscato when contrasted with the savoury taste of the sea. In fact, it is when paired with shellfish, herring salads and pan-fried prawns that its fragrant aromaticity is brought out to the full, offering pleasant sensations of freshness. Allemanda is also excellent for enhancing the variegated flavours of a paella or fish couscous or to gently accompany the harmony of a Caprese salad. Allemanda has a very light yellow colour with green reflections; its aromas are a heterogeneous set of hints: dog rose, white peach, jasmine, green tea, orange blossom and sea scents anticipate on the nose the freshness and elegance that the wine reveals on the palate. Made only from white Muscat grapes, Allemanda Planeta is a wine to be drunk young at a serving temperature of 8-10 °C. This wine originates in the Noto estate owned by the Planeta winery, from white, calcareous soils and under the influence of the two seas which, crossing each other, create optimal conditions for the growth of the vines.
