Milazzo carefully analyzes and experiments with. The Munti area, which is home to clonal selections of Nero d'Avola, was chosen because it abounds in organic matter, which is responsible for the particular richness of taste and smell that Terre della Baronia red wine offers to the senses.
The impenetrable red color with purplish highlights and the mineral and fruity aromas are optimized by fermentation in steel with daily pumping over. Maturation of two years in barrique and steel and six months in bottle also contribute to make its organoleptic profile rich and elegant.
