Our shipments are entrusted to the best couriers.
Deliveries are made within 2-3 working days in Italy and 5-6 working days in Europe. All shipments are tracked: you will receive an email with the tracking link as soon as the shipment is entrusted to the courier.
We use only reliable and safe packaging:
1. NAK PACK, è stato testato con tutti i corrieri nazionali e internazionali garantendo la massima affidabilità nel trasporto dei prodotti fragili, vino, olio e birra viaggeranno in assoluta sicurezza.
2. EWINE SECURE PACK®, safe and patented packaging. The arrangement of certain supports (A, B and C) along the entire axis of the bottle and appropriate collapse systems in case of impact, make the packaging one of the safest on the market today.
3. PERBACCO wine box is a professional packaging for the shipping of bottles with the purpose of protecting them from shocks and temperature changes during transport.
The price of the shipment varies depending on the destination and weight of the goods ordered. The cost is calculated automatically by the system.
Shipping is free of charge in Italy for orders from 99.00 €.
Exceptions are peripheral and disadvantaged areas for which the shipment is only discounted if this threshold is reached.
Free shipping in Italy is applied only after entering the delivery address and selecting the courier.
Delivery to peripheral areas in Italy may require a surcharge calculated automatically by the system.
For deliveries to countries for which the system does not display any courier, please request a personalized quote by contacting our Customer Service.
Additional services are available on request and can be selected when choosing the courier:
- insured shipping: 4,00 €
- scheduled delivery (or on a specified day): 3,00 €
- delivery by appointment: 4,00 €
- delivery in the evening after 6 p.m. or on Saturday: 11,00 €
A particular service is the cash on delivery payment which provides the possibility to pay cash on receipt of the order. It provides an extra charge of 6,00 € and is available only for orders up to 1.000,00 €. The service can be chosen as an option among the payment methods.
For foreign countries, only the "insured shipping" service is available
All products shipped are insured from the moment they are entrusted to the courier until delivery to the final customer. The goods are no longer insured once delivered to the address indicated and collected. Before accepting an order please check the integrity of the packaging, alternatively the package can be refused or accepted with "reserve control" indicating the reason (e.g. dirty parcel, damaged parcel, suspicious noises, etc.). If the carrier does not allow the reasoned reservation, you must REFUSE the goods by notifying our Customer Service.
Please note: in case of acceptance of the package without reservation it will be impossible for Enoteca d'Autore to claim the insurance coverage of the Courier and then make the refund.
A request for replacement goods can be made in the event of damaged or non-compliant items within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To proceed with the return, you must send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the e-mail you must specify the items you wish to return, the reference and the date of the order.
Once the return request has been received, Enoteca D'Autore will send a written confirmation containing the return authorization number and the waybill attached.
The return must be made by courier using the waybill attached to the email, also the return authorization number must be indicated on the outside of the box. The need for collection at certain times must be communicated in advance. In the return procedure for damaged items or items that do not conform to what was ordered, the cost of the return shipment will be charged to Enoteca D'Autore. In case of return for exchange of goods of equivalent or higher value, the cost of the return shipment will be charged to the Customer.
In the second case perishable and personalized items are excluded from the return.
It is the Customer's responsibility to check the quantity and good condition of the goods at the time of delivery. If the customer notices damage to the packages received or signs that indicate damage to the contents (e.g. wine stains on the parcel, noise of broken glass, etc.) he must accept the delivery with "reserve control" indicating the reasons on the delivery receipt signed to the courier. Failure to accept with reservation will prevent Enoteca D'Autore from refunding the damaged goods received.
The return of the products must be received at the Enoteca D'Autore headquarters within 14 days from the receipt of the return authorization number.
