MILAZZO NATURE - BRUT

Milazzo Nature is the Metodo Classico brut sparkling wine that Azienda Agricola G. Milazzo makes with Chardonnay grapes from the vineyards of Campobello di Licata. In the estate, located on a plateau of marble origin, the grapes welcome the beneficial influences of a terroir whose characteristics have been studied over the years through various experiments, in order to find the perfect synthesis between the expressive qualities of the international vine and the qualities of the Mediterranean context. Thanks to the pedoclimatic conditions, the grapes preserve freshness, elegance and harmony, assuming a territorial character enhanced by the valid production choices of Azienda Agricola G. Milazzo.

The sparkling wine Blanc de Blanc Milazzo Nature returns a crystal clear pale yellow colour with green reflections, a remarkable and persistent perlage; clean scents and vegetal aromas recall marine essences and white flowers. A slim and agile sparkling wine as its nature requires, with excellent minerality, freshness and balance. So well made, the Milazzo Nature Metodo Classico perfectly accompanies all fish dishes, shellfish and even some meat dishes. It offers its best side when served at a temperature of 8-10°C.

Milazzo Nature is not the usual sparkling wine, on the contrary, it amazes without leaving you unsatisfied.
