Kados is a Terre Siciliane IGT wine produced by Duca di Salaparuta. Harmonious and ample, this white wine is particularly suitable for enhancing the taste of fish, shellfish and meat dishes. Defining each of its nuances are the characteristics of the Grillo grapes, inherited by the wine and proposed in a sip that also evokes the territory in which they grow, the area of Salemi (TP), in Sicily.

The innate qualities of Grillo grapes are enhanced in the Kados Duca di Salaparuta wine glass: freshness, flavour and structure reach a level of remarkable persistence. Floral and citrus aromas invite a rich and enveloping taste, which makes Grillo Kados an excellent companion for fish, shellfish and white meat dishes.
It is the terroir of western Sicily that positively influences the growth of the grapes in the Tenuta di Risignolo vineyards. Once harvested and selected, they ferment in small oak barrels for over a month after picking; after racking, the long maturation takes place in vitrified cement; followed by bottle ageing for at least three months.
Every choice made by the Duca di Salaparuta producers, in the vineyard and in the cellar, is aimed at obtaining a label of high oenological value, which enhances the cellar's collection of wines.
