More info

Rosso di Marco 2015 Magnum is a wine produced only from Pignatello grapes thanks to the work of the Marco De Bartoli winery, a family that has always been recognized for elegance, territory and strength. A grape that takes its name from the ancient "pignatiddare", the red lands of Trapani called so for the production of kitchen piñatello.

The vinification of the delicious Terre Siciliane IGT Marco De Bartoli takes place after the harvest in mid-September from Guyot espalier plants, on a clayey-calcareous soil. Maceration in steel tanks and fermentation by indigenous yeasts, lead the wine to a period of aging, in French oak barrels, lasting one year. After six months of aging in steel tanks and in bottle, Rosso di Marco 2015 can be served at the table.

The 2015 vintage offers a magnum bottle not to be missed. At the table you can taste Rosso di Marco together with typical Sicilian cuisine, blue fish, white meat and vegetables. The hints of cherry and blackberry delight the nose, while a crunchy and persistent taste makes the ruby red wine suitable for even the most delicate palates.
