Giuliano Bortolomiol's experience, skill and desire to experiment can be found in this Grande Cuvée dedicated to the company's founder.

A Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore made only with grapes from the San Pietro di Barbozza vineyard, Millesimato and Brut Nature. Vinified without the skins through soft pressing and fermented at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts. The method is Martinotti - Charmat.

The Grande Cuvée del Fondatore Motus Vitae is refined, fragrant and aromatic. It goes well with classic seafood dishes such as shellfish or seafood, fatty fish and white meat.

With its straw yellow colour and fine, persistent perlage, the Grande Cuvée presents itself to the eye. The nose suggests a delicate profile, a non-explosive character that anticipates a dry, vibrant impact on the palate. It has aromas of white flowers and ripe apricot.

One of the best expressions of Bortolomiol's ability to experiment, this Prosecco Superiore follows up on the great work of patron Giuliano.

A serving temperature of 6-8 °C is recommended.
