Excellent Metodo Classico sparkling wine signed by Azienda Agricola G. Milazzo, Milazzo Excellent is an extra dry rosé obtained from the processing of pink Inzolia grapes, enriched by the aromatic contribution of some selections of Chardonnay biotypes.
A starring role in aperitifs, it goes perfectly with fruit salads. In the glass shines with a very fine and persistent pink perlage and gives off rich scents that let you perceive hints of yeast. The soft, fresh and balanced taste of the Milazzo Excellent rosé sparkling wine is best appreciated when served at a temperature of 8-10 °C.
This Metodo Classico Millesimato sparkling wine, born from the marriage between the native Sicilian Inzolia rose grapes and the international Chardonnay grapes, is the result of a long process that begins with a separate vinification of the white and red grapes and proceeds with the cuvée sparkling and resting on the yeasts for at least a year and a half.
The care and attention that Azienda Agricola G. Milazzo gives to the realization of each product is one of its strong points, in addition to the favorable influence of the terroir and the consolidated experience of the winemakers; all this is expressed in the appreciated quality of the proposed labels.
