Davolarosa is a Feudi del Pisciotto rosé sparkling wine characterised by great drinkability and pleasantness.
An exclusive Brut obtained from the best Nero d'Avola grapes, rigorously in purity, and grown in the Niscemi soils, which, like all the winery's properties, are particularly suited to the cultivation of certain grape varieties. For sparkling Feudi del Pisciotto uses the Charmat method.
With remarkable freshness, the brut rosé sparkling wine Davolarosa proves to be an excellent choice to accompany fish dishes, throughout the meal.
The Davolarosa immediately displays its sublime delicacy, with a very soft coral pink colour and good perlage; the nose is also intense, thanks to fresh, enveloping aromas of roses and citrus fruits. Fruity and harmonious, in the mouth it expresses great sapidity together with a long, clean finish.
The recommended serving temperature for Davolarosa Spumante Brut Rosé is between 12 and 14 °C.
