Pink Inzolia, enriched with the aromatic contribution of some selections of Chardonnay, gives the Milazzo D.Zero rosé sparkling wine a complex profile of scents suitable to satisfy the most demanding palates. With a very fine and persistent perlage, this Metodo Classico sparkling wine declines its organoleptic qualities in scents of red fruits, such as raspberries and strawberries, and pastry notes, in a clean and decisive taste that envelops the palate with its pleasant creaminess and freshness.

Milazzo D.Zero is a full bodied and full-bodied spumante pas dosé, suitable to accompany the whole meal, which does not fear the company of robust meat dishes, as well as the similar flavours of raw fish.

Like every label of Azienda Agricola G. Milazzo, the Metodo Classico Milazzo D.Zero sparkling wine surprises thanks to its original character, accentuated by a production style that defines every phase, from the plant to the cellar. The choice of terroir, the type of grape used and the careful vinification process affects the quality of a wine with surprising results. Separate pressing of the white and red berries, controlled fermentation and ageing in stainless steel, prepare the sparkling wine for the sparkling phase during which a 'liqueur' without added sugar is added to the resulting cuvée. After that, the Milazzo D.Zero Pas Dosé refines its aromas in an optimal environment, under the passionate supervision of the producers of Azienda Agricola G. Milazzo.
