It finishes in the bottle on its own yeasts for at least 18 months: let's talk about the refinement of this magnificent De Bartoli signature, an excellent spumante pas dosé, a beautiful representation of the territory of Marsala, a land suited to the production of great wines.
In Terzavia Rosé, Grillo meets Nero d'Avola in an all-Sicilian appointment that could only leave one's mouth open. The sip is full-bodied, convincing, warm, with a dry finish. But first it reaches the nose with an articulated bouquet of almond, dried and exotic fruit, and candied fruit. The perlage is intense and persistent.
At the table Terzavia Rosé is very versatile: served at its ideal temperature, 8 °C, it is excellent with appetizers and fish main courses, and delights the palate alongside fine white meats.
