Jasmin is a Firriato white wine made from Zibibbo grapes, used in this case for dry vinification. The result is a wine whose aromas and scents of spring flowers encapsulate all the Mediterranean charm that characterises the entire Firriato production. Jasmin is an ideal white wine as an aperitif or at the table, paired with shellfish, seafood risotto or sea bream with salt. Straw yellow in colour with greenish hues, this wine from the Firriato cellars presents itself in all its elegance. On the nose, it offers citrus scents enveloped by nuances of jasmine flowers and Mediterranean scrub; on the palate, it is fragrant, savoury, ample and harmonious; the persuasive fruit returns in a range of yellow and red citrus fruits. Jasmin invites conviviality, it is the best expression of Firriato's modern philosophy, a white wine that interprets a lifestyle of quality and style. Serve at 10-12 °C.
