Alaziza is a Terre Siciliane IGT wine produced by Feudi del Pisciotto. Broad and distinctive, this white wine is particularly suitable for enhancing the taste of raw fish and shellfish, chicken, goat cheese, salads and tomatoes. Defining its every nuance are the characteristics of the Viognier and Zibibbo grapes, inherited from the wine and proposed in a sip that also evokes the territory in which they grow, the area of Niscemi (CL), in Sicily.

Alaziza is a Feudi del Pisciotto white wine, one of the winery's latest creations. Fresh and fruity, Alaziza expresses the authentic and profound character of Sicily, an evocative white that tells a lot about the culture of this land, with all its contaminations.

It is also part of Feudi del Pisciotto's Collezione Grandi Stilisti, a line that brings together two Italian excellences such as wine and fashion; the labels are designed by big names from the catwalks. For Alaziza, the signature is by Stephan Janson, who reproduces elements of the Sicilian landscape in a dreamlike atmosphere.

An exclusive fusion of Viognier and Zibibbo grapes, from the former Alaziza inherits an exotic peach aromatic profile, notes that combine with those of orange blossom from the Zibibbo. It has a beautiful straw yellow colour; on the palate it is harmonious, with marked acidity supporting the structure.

Served at a temperature of 10 - 12 °C, Alaziza di Feudi del Pisciotto is an excellent white wine for raw fish and shellfish, white meats and salads.
