From Viognier and Chardonnay grapes comes the Tirsat Terre Siciliane IGT wine, a label with a broad and clean flavour bearing the Feudi del Pisciotto signature. The result of a process aimed at achieving high quality levels, it is produced in the area of Menfi (AG). The Tirsat wine reveals nuances of flavour capable of delighting the palate in the company of raw fish, fried paranza fish and swordfish rolls.

Tirsat is the first wine from Gurra di Mare, the youngest winery of Domini di Castellare di Castellina, which joins Feudi del Pisciotto. The vineyards used to produce this wine extend as far as the Porto Palo beach, where the terroir is perfect for the optimal development of two international grape varieties.

We are talking about Chardonnay and Viognier: used at 50%, they give life to the Tirsat white wine of Gurra di Mare and Feudi del Pisciotto.

Tirsat has a golden yellow colour and a complex aromatic profile, from which emerge notes of apricot, yellow peach, white flowers, spices and honey. On the palate it impresses with an intensity of exotic and sweet traits, as well as a pleasant freshness and harmony.

We recommend serving Tirsat white wine at 12 - 14 °C, preferring fish dishes such as raw fish, fried paranza, swordfish rolls.
