U Bianco is a fragrant and modern Umbria IGT wine. Its bouquet is delicate, with hints of fresh fruit and white flowers. Its flavour is very fresh and fruity, with a long and persistent finish.

This Lungarotti wine is made from grapes of great character such as Vermentino and Chardonnay, grown in the terroir of Torgiano and harvested in early September. U Bianco is made exclusively from first-pressing must after a brief cryomaceration; before bottling, it is vinified in cold steel and stored on the fine lees.

U Bianco Lungarotti is a wine particularly suitable as an aperitif; it is exalted with fish soups, legume soups, chicken curry, bouillabaisse, seafood pastas and risottos, spaghetti with clams.

The name expresses the strong bond with the producer and the land of origin given by the initial letters of 'L'Umbria', which are also the same as those of Lungarotti. On the label, a 'Satyr' recalls an ancient drawing by Gilles de Ville exhibited at the Torgiano Wine Museum.
