Thimbra is a Terre Siciliane IGT wine produced by Valle dell'Acate. Characteristic and balanced, this white wine is particularly suitable for enhancing the taste of seafood, shellfish, fatty fish and white meat. Defining its every nuance are the characteristics of the Vermentino grapes, inherited by the wine and proposed in a sip that also evokes the territory in which they grow, the area of Acate (RG), in Sicily.
