The Vignaverde wine expresses, with the characteristic style of Marco De Bartoli, the ability of Grillo grapes to welcome the qualities of the terroir of Marsala (TP): the result is a wide and fragrant label of Sicilia DOC white wine. Thanks to its interesting organoleptic qualities, Vignaverde wine is the favourite companion for first courses based on whole wheat pasta, sea bass bites and Sicilian truffles from the Iblei Mountains.

Vignaverde is the younger, fresher and more vigorous version of Grillo. It was born from the incessant desire to experiment in the territory that characterizes the activity of the De Bartoli winery. The lighting comes from a vintage in which the vineyard, in Contrada Samperi, appeared greener than usual; hence the project to give life to a new face of the fruit.It starts in the middle of August with the manual harvesting and selection of the grapes and the subsequent pressing of the bunches. The must is left to decant for two days cold. The fermentation is entrusted to the indigenous yeasts and takes place in steel tanks, where the refinement of the wine continues for a further six months.Vignaverde is the result of curiosity, ingenuity and passion, in which the Grillo grapes can express themselves with vivacity. It is a fragrant wine to pair with delicate dishes that accompany its lightness. Serve at a temperature of 10/12 °C.
