The intense straw-yellow colour reveals a strong character: intense and characteristic in the scents of green Inzolia, it has an original and delicate bouquet of flowers, citrus fruits and tropical fruit, which is confirmed on the palate with a dry and harmonious fullness.
A synthesis of the qualities of the terroir and the experience of the producers of Azienda Agricola G. Milazzo, Maria Costanza was born in a favourable context for the Inzolia and Chardonnay grapes, the Sicilian terroir of Campobello di Licata. The particular vinification process, with fermentation together with the yeasts in oak barrels, is followed by six months of refinement and bottle ageing for another two months. Each phase is taken care of in every detail to give Maria Costanza the best profile.
