More info

Maria Costanza was born in Sicily, in the profitable terroir of Campobello di Licata, where the Milazzo winery has been working for years creating every year renowned quality labels.

A characteristic and expressive white wine, Maria Costanza comes from the union of Inzolia and Chardonnay grapes, which are transformed into a sip of delicate thickness. Greenish reflections draw the straw-yellow color; scents of flowers and fruit, citrus and tropical, entice the taste where it offers a harmony of aromatic and full references. Able to become the absolute protagonist of convivial occasions based on fish and white meat dishes, it enhances with its scents the delicate taste of various culinary dishes.

To define its qualities contribute, in addition to the privileged territory, the production phases, perfected in years of careful experience. Soft pressing of the berries, controlled fermentation in steel and oak barriques and ageing with bâtonnage and in the bottle, result in a Sicilian white wine with satisfying, original and never trivial sensations.
