Nerina Etna Bianco D.O.C. is a red wine from the Randazzo (CT) area in Sicily. It is here that the Girolamo Russo winery raises Carricante and native Etna grapes with particular attention to quality in order to obtain a wine with an authentic flavour. Velvety and complex, the Nerina red excites the senses when paired with fish dishes and white meat main courses. The combination with Sicilian red prawn tartare is fantastic.
