Adènzia Rosso is a label from Baglio del Cristo di Campobello, a Sicilian winery notable for its ability to produce wines of the highest quality, emphasising the terroir and its exclusive potential.
Adènzia Rosso is made from Nero d'Avola and Syrah grapes, important varieties in Sicily, harvested by hand and vinified in the traditional way, in red with maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature in steel vats.
The result is a wine with a very broad aromatic spectrum, warm and enveloping, which lends itself well to enhancing the flavours of stews, game and red meats.
Adènzia Rosso has an intense ruby colour and a bouquet characterised by notes of ripe blackberries blended perfectly with delicious hints of vanilla, it is round and soft, spicy in the mouth and with firm but graceful tannins.
