More info

For the 40th anniversary of the founding of the Marco De Bartoli company, a limited edition bottle of a historic Sicilian liqueur wine has been presented: Il Vecchio Samperi. The perpetual method, used in the fermentation process, was restored in 1978 to give life to the traditional wine of the area, also called "stravecchio".

The forty-year-old edition best expresses the power of the warm lands of Marsala. A reserve that has naturally reached 18 degrees of alcohol, maintaining the unmistakable fragrance and typical characteristics of all the vintages of Vecchio Samperi liqueur wine.

On the label of the bottle of Vecchio Samperi Quarantennale is depicted a work by Prof. Carlo Lauricella dating back to 1983, the same creator of the label of the first edition of Vecchio Samperi: a creativity and an artistic contribution that have always contributed to make the graphic image of the winery Marco De Bartoli soaring.
