The sun and the wind, i.e. Marsala and Pantelleria, territories fathers of two great Sicilian varieties with which De Bartoli created his first and unique blend. Much more than a wine, Sun and Wind is a tribute to two grape varieties, Grillo and Zibibbo, which most represent these magnificent places so devoted to viticulture, already protagonists of much of the production on the farm.
Manual selection of the grapes, pressing and cold maceration for about a day; the fermentation of Sole e Vento is due to the indigenous yeasts and takes place at controlled temperature in steel tanks.
Good structure, fragrance and mineral notes: Grillo and Zibibbo together establish a new balance, strong, pleasant, pure. Sole e Vento goes well with vegetable soups, pasta dishes, grilled fish and crazy water. The optimal serving temperature is 10/14 °C.
